Her dishes are all basically variations of "Butter with x", with x in the set of {meat, sugar, flour}. Which is fine in my book.

This guy comes across as a pompous a*s (and from a reliable source is actually one) but boy does he know how to grill. His Mesa Grill and Bolo are classics on the NY restaurant scene, and dinner at his new Bar Americain isn't exactly slumming it either.

Watch him chew the hell out of people on Hells Kitchen. And despite having multiple shows on tv (Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares is quality stuff, too), he still has found the time to squeeze in a Michelin 3 star restaurant.
