Wes Anderson has a knack for coming up with straight weird shit.  All of the costumes are just awesome.  One of the funniest things I've ever seen... a framed sketch of tighty whiteys hanging on the wall of Owen Wilson's apartment. 

Similar movies be Anderson are The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou and The Darjeeling Limited.  If you are into this movie, then you will probably think TDL is good too.
